awesome game
still own the goty edition on CD somewhere around here. My favorite thing to do was that map with the lava bridge, vortexting people into it or using the smiley mine things. Also liked morpheus and the other 2 space levels (the ship and the ring thing)

nice. I loved the music from this

I still play sometimes singleplayer.
I tried online-multiplayer once, but got annihilated, don't even know if it even works anymore...
I just seem to keep going back for the good old memories with my friends on lan-sessions and also just for fun.
I also own UT04 and UT07, but 99 is in my eyes the best, although the vehicle in UT04 are neat.

Has nobody played Worms from 1995?
>>689879667
earliest ive played is armageddon
>>689878305
Lock that weapon.
>>689880301
is it lock? i always thought it was drop xD
10/10 for knowing the game though!! Did you play it during beta? Those were definitely its peak times.

I played on the German single-character server from release until the balance patch that screwed lots of things up (Evolution 2.2 I think). I had two accounts with a melee tank and a driver PE. Both suddenly useless, even in PvE, so I quit.
I keep checking back every year or so, and while they're still working on it, balance is stil borked.
one of my favs

i dont think i ever got past battling in the sewers... lmao. was too focused on decking out my apt.
Only golden memories
Loved this so much. Was the first love of my life.

MY NIGGUH. This was my first ever computer game. Ran it on some old computer that had clearly lived to see the Final Solution. Also vaguely remember some kind of action hero game where you had to save people in a building from becoming zombies.

A friend and I beat this game on the hardest difficulty in two to four hours (can't remember) just a few years ago. Good times.
>>689879153
Shit nigger, I owned a physical copy of this game until someone jacked it like four years ago. I stole it from someone else when I was a kid. I heard a year or two ago that they were thinking of making a third one finally. The guy who wrote the script wanted to do another one any time and was trying to get the company to agree.

I'm going to buy a ps4 just for the hd remake. And FF15. And Persona 5. And like... something else I keep forgetting.
>>689882392
Yeah I was trying to find a nice photo from the nets and found the trailer for the remake. I didn't know they are doing it.
There was a small tear in my eye when I was watching it. Fights seemed to be a little different? I hope not too much because one of the top things in FF7 was the pacing of the fights.
>>689882312
MY TOE, MY TOE!!
haha
>>689882620
Fucking sewer level, man. Years later and you still feel like a badass on the metrodome level.
>>689878204
Srs though I remember beating this game and all that would happen was a green good would turn into me, he'd fly off, and it'd be like "buy the full game now faggot."
>>689882581
Buckle up fuckboi, because they're redoing it to be something closer to like Kingdom Heart's battle system.
>>689882890
I don't even know what is the Kingdom of Hearts battle system but I lost my erection now...
>>689882890
lol the shareware version of Monster Bash? So many Apogee games felt so limiting like that. That's when we discovered "Nosy Fred"'s online emporium of freely pirate-able DOS games back in the 90s. Thank god for Nosy Fred xD
Now they're like free anywhere on the net if you look hard enough.
D-Fend Reloaded is a really nifty program. Give that a look up (basically allows you to play any DOS game on any windows OS (or other, havent tried. only use windows kek))

That game was the shit. I remember loving it as a child.

Art wise: homm2 > homm1 > homm3
Gameplay: homm3 > homm2 > homm1
>>689878229
was this the game where an invisible fist punches you 6000 ft in the air if you go out of bounds
>>689881537

>>689887847
filename is super solver
>>689888861
Merci. Wouldn't have seen that.
>>689889027
It happens, people like to fabricate the filename at times so it's not reliable but that's what google is for.
