There was a time when it was really really bad for me as well.
It was the time after kinda snapped after searching for suicidal/depressed/mentally ill people on the internet and trying to help them for several years at the time.
I thought that it'd never get to me.
But after two of them killed themselves and the others that I'd helped before used their newly found life lust to fuck other people up and send them to me I completely snapped and had that kinda depression similar to yours. And I got some weird personality dualism shit from it as well because I didn't know whether I wanted to help them or kill them anymore.
After that went on for a month I couldn't stand it anymore and carefully thought of a solution to the problem.
What I did was trying to starve myself to death while permanently appelling to my mind that the only way to survive is to 180 my entire mindsetting and practically reboot everything.
Without going through all the ugly details, it worked and I forgot most about my life, being 15 at the time I couldn't remember much, apart from what was written in a book in multiple colors representing different personalities.
But don't do that shit, there are infinitely more ways to do that without hurting yourself, I was pretty mad at the time because I felt like I wasted my entire life on bullshit while not getting a single reward or thank whatsoever.
