What don't you understand, specifically? She's trying to find food and uses the sketti machine. The audience learns that sketti from those machines causes impotence, at least in humans, and they're a means of fluffy population control/extermination. It can be inferred that she ate the sterilizing skettis, and then she finds the food the humans drop and eats it. She develops milk, returns to her goals only to find them dead, and it makes it even more abusive (for the pleasure of the audience) to include that she now can no longer have children.

I like hugbox to offset the the abuse, but honestly it looks like a majority of the more skilled artists seem to always go hugbox. Except for a few like magonagal. Not that the quality of the art in most of the abuse stuff is terrible, it actually has a nice feel to it even if it's MS paint. But I'd like to see a little more refinement in that area. So after this I'll probably stay in the abuse genre and only go back to hugbox when I need to cleanse my palette so to speak.
