Things I notice at first glance

If it was a suicide while sitting on the stool, and she was righthand dominant, the positioning of the shell casing (it ejects to the right and would bounce off the wall) tells me that she had to have been looking out of the window when she shot herself.
Which means that the blood splatter would NOT be on that wall it would be on the one exactly opposite.
The fact her glasses are sitting on the table and it appears that she was reading (or writing) something also is contrary to suicide and indicates (along with the location of the ashtray and the pack of cigarettes) that she was most likely facing the window when she was shot.
If she was facing the window, and she is righthanded then she did not commit suicide.
because her body is facing the opposite direction needed to create that pattern of "splatter", it is most likely a homicide.
What happened most likely, and could be easily proven by an autopsy and quick look at entry and exit wounds, is that she was sitting down facing the window when someone came in and shot her in the head from her left.
This would explain the blood splatter, also explain the contradicting shell casing location and position of her body.
Sorry if my thoughts are disorganized but heres my general take on this.
Oh and it is extremely unlikely for her sandals to have been taken off like that upon falling over if it was suicide. Usually that indicates a struggle of some sort.
