2. Universities practically trip over themselves opening the door for minority students (as long as they are not asian) and specifically for female minority students.
2. Universities now favor non-resident students because they pay more in tuition. So while I paid my way partially via taxes, I get passed over for someone who will pay a higher tuition since the college already got "my money" via their annual budget.
