If you ever listen to the tone, and you are not tone deaf, you would notice, that every note on every instrument with strings is a bit higher at the start (depends also on how hard you hit the string), and then it lowers a few cents in a seconds. "Perfect" tuning is unachiavable. This also aply on the bass. Being bit flat relatively to bass sounds much worse then being a bit sharp.
Also, human ear kind of require it. Try to aply autotune on guitar track, and it will sound like total garbage, because it is not natural sound. Also, slight imperfection is the core of today western tempered tuning. Learn some fact and use your ear before exercising your internet badassness pal.

Clearly, my personal opinion on the word 'musician' doesn't align with the popular accepted usage. If you kept reading, by the way, you'd see that it says 'Anyone who composes, conducts, or performs music may also be referred to as a musician'.
