No, I harmed others when I was younger, I was the bully of the playground. I stopped being violent a long time ago. I also used to bite everything to pieces when I was younger. But self-harm was something I never did. When I was a teen whenever I got angry or frustrated I did push ups or went for a run or went outside and threw around logs in the yard.
