I always make my own pizzas.
I use Turkish Bread for the bottom, nice and fluffy.
Add some tomato sauce, spices, cheese, you know the drill.
Then whatever the fuck toppings you want. Last I had was, in this order, red onion, tuna, olive, capers, tomato and more cheese. Fucking god tier. All fresh ingredients too. Not worth it otherwise.
