Less than a fucking month til launch and thse fools delay the game lolol
They have been promoting preorders like a son of a gun on PSN while in the back of their mind they had to of known there may be a delay. Thats a bit shifty IMO. I lost a bit of confidence after this shady debacle. But I am still nonetheless VERY excited to try this game out when it is released. I understand its a big task and people make mistakes. Fags have been projecting their hopes and dreams on this game since it was revealed. There is NO way it lives up the standard that people have been setting. It has a fraction of the budget and a quarter of the dev time of Star Citizen. I think this will be a fun, small game of space exploration and upgrading. That's it.

There are any number of reasons why it's being delayed that have nothing to do with the game itself. There could be a problem with whatever vendor they are using t host their servers (like they are adding more equipment and ramping up for what looks to be a heavier than expected load). There could be a marketing reason (something being released near to the same time that they don't want to compete with). There could be some legal or licensing issues. Who knows?

Ah, I hadn't heard that. Yeah, it does sound that way. Still, it's better for everyone to let the developers have a little extra time to fix or polish some part of the game that's not up to snuff than to let the marketing departments push them into releasing on whatever date they decided. You're just going to wait a little longer for more polish. So many games could have gone from "great" to "culture shifting" if they only had a few more months production.
A game this size with the scope they're trying to achieve give 'em a shitload more time. Let them make the game as good as they want it. Stop rushing games, it destroys their replayability, their clean, bug-free finish and essentially their beauty.
Think of all the games that have come out that you play that have those moments of "Man, if they just had 4 more months of build they could have made this amazing"
