what program do you use? You should try some faster strokes using elbow movement, or even full arm movement. You can looks up stuff about elbow and arm movement with drawing on youtube.
But at least, faster strokes give you cleaner lines. Try to do shapes with thinner and thinner lines with your pen and do them in one or a few fast strokes. For example, with the circle of your eyes, keep quickly drawing circles with a little more elbow movement until you have the rhythm down where the ends line up enough. You can start with a thick line, then go thinner and thinner just to get used to drawing thinner lines.
Pressure sensitivity goes a long way too, make sure you have that on.
