I bought some Hawaiin baby woodrose seeds on amazon. (search "woolly morning glory")
I also have plain old morning glory seeds.
I want to try the HBW but I hear a lot of stories about barfing and having your legs cramp to high hell.

If your planning on tripping on the HBWR just take those, you dont wanna take it with anything else. Especially the k pins, that will hold your trip back.
Just look up a good extracton tek, theres plenty online. Easiest is a old water extraction. If you want to do a complex efficient one I recommend Kash's LSA extraction.

Well if you want the most out of your Hbw trip, you should raise your dose from 2 seeds over 2-3 weeks up to 10. To be honest the taste is in fact pretty bad, but I never experienced cramps or pain in any way. Felt way better than acid in comparison. Prepare a good set & setting, take a friend with you and enjoy your trip.

I've done HBWR before and it was an enjoyable night. I also had weed, lots of it, so that probably eased the physical discomfort. Make sure you're in a good set and setting. I would recommend doing a cold water extraction. Use like 20 seeds if extracting for your first time. If you've never tripped before stay inside, being around others might land you in trouble as they'll see you're high as fuck. Maybe pop a single dramamine to ease the nausea. Good luck, safe travels.

After about 8 hours I took an eighth of (really good) shrooms and it was a total waste because the HBWR definitely does what a psychedelic does and fried my brain. Full blown psychedelic mind state. The visuals were weak compared to LSD and even shrooms, but there was one point at which I kinda saw some stuff on the ceiling where a shadow was, and the tracers were solid. I was interested in trying a higher dose for a while, but shrooms are preferable. If you don't have shrooms, and you want to trip, HBWR definitely works. I assume Morning Glory seeds do too, just never tried them.

Ok OP. I don't know why I'm helping you. I'm in a rush.
Take 5-12 (depends on the strain and potency of your HBWR) and grind them up in a coffee grinder, for example a magic bullet. Ideally you want to remove the coating from the seeds before grinding.
Once you have almost a powder consistency, get an empty teabag, or dip bag, or some kind of semi permeable membrane. Put the powder in there and put that under your tongue. Leave it in for 30 minutes if you can, you will have a lot of saliva. HBWR side effects (vasoconstriction and lethargy, nausea and lightheadedness) are well managed with garlic, ginger, weed if you have it, and warm baths/showers. Benadryl is especially convenient for nausea, take it 30 minutes before you dose.
If you have nothing to put the crushed seeds in, just let them sit under your tongue and gently brush saliva under there. Look up "sublingual administration". For a 10 seed dose you might need to administer and spit out 3 smaller amounts of seed over about an hour's time. Godspeed OP and happy trails, I recommend calm music and comfy surroundings. You are less likely to puke if you do it this way.

Garlic. Supposedly an effective vasodilator. In my experience it has worked well. Niacin could be used if you are afraid the vasoconstriction needs to be managed immediately.
I've had 4 experiences with HBWR from ebay,
and countless psychedelic experiences. This stuff hasnt been dangerous for me, but I've never tried to have an intense experience. It is like a low dose of LSD with distinct differences.
