1.) Gender is NOT a social construct. It is determined by the chromosome pair, which acts on the embrio to develop a certain way via hormons in the body, while baby is still in womb.
2.) At early stages of embrio all are the same. There's no way to dertermine sex / gender of growing baby yet. When embrios grow in the womb, hormons which are triggered by the DNA of the embrio, develop certain characteristics. SO....Take note that:
- person who would take estrogen injections as a child will grow breasts - even to the point of lactating. Both sexes have nipples, even tho the only serve the females.
- both sexes have "penis" of some sort. This is not correct statement, but I lack better word, as I'm not natural englisheman. Female clitoris, is what develops into penis, and vagina lips grow into testicles at early stages of embrio. Note that the older the person, the less the change from hormon taking. It IS possible to transform a penis into a vagina via hormones and surgical procedure IF hormons are taken at early age. The vagina CAN be penetrated normaly and can feel orgasm as normaly, but will NEVER be able to produce babies or have periods etc.... Vagina CAN'T be turned into a penis, because it's impossible to add tissue via surgery (only remove it), tho women who take testosterone at early age may become infertile and have oversized clitoris. Genital form only takes place at very early age of growth tho ....
3.) Birth defects happen. So it is possible that something goes haywire during embrio development, or even at early childhood/babyhood, which triggers wrong type of hormones and growth to take place, thus making person "feel" like wrong gender. What I mean is: A girl who would take testosterone injections from age of 5 would also start to THINK like a boy, and after certain age, the damage is unreparable - she will never feel like a female again untill she dies. That's why trans surgery helps to transform the body into masculine.
