Use to own a Lamborghini Gallardo, it was bright yellow.
Then I ended up trading it in because I was facing Financial issues.
Plus it was a little annoying to drive, because every time I got it cleaned and then parked it somewhere it would always get hand prints from people trying to look in, that got old pretty fast..
Also they're made to drive, and I'd only drove it on special occasions but the clutch went out from not driving it often.
Damn thing was a pain when I think about it..
Got a 2015 zo6 corvette now with a 2010 ford pick up and I'm ok with that.

insurance costs are based on 3 things
1) the amount of damage you're likely to cause
2) the costs to repair damage to your car
3) the cost to replace your car if damaged beyond repair.

and since my car was hit at opposite corners, the sub frame damage to the front and rear suspension was enough to justify the total loss. the car only had 6,200 miles on it.

i have the SRT motor, transmission, tires, i have the same suspension and slotted brembo brakes from the 2014 srt, and the 2015+ srt only have slightly bigger brembo brakes, and a circuit racing suspension. which is laughable on a 2+ ton car meant to go in a straight line... and costs $10,000 more than mine. and the hell cat is $40,000 more than my car.

And we only did the time on the dyno for finding out the horsepower and toque. The guy running said it could roughly get 5-7 seconds depends on how much boost I run it at and how much meth I dump in it.. I don't want to blow it up trying to go that low so I'm not going to run it at full boost.. So I should run low 7 seconds.

The dyno guy said it was pretty impressive and I should do more weight reduction if I want to run lower than 7 without blowing engine. With weight reduction I can get it down to 2100 pounds but I don't have money right now to change all the panels to carbon fiber. it's going to cost me at least 15 grand to get everything changed to carbon fiber and the wait time is months to get the parts in.

If it's manual and 700ish horsepower you won't run 7's man, last time I saw a manual street car running 7's it was making closer to 1500hp, although that was on class limited 10" wide slicks so it could probably have run a bit faster. Assuming you're not bullshitting about your hp, have a good clutch, driveline and slicks I'd expect you to run maybe into the 9's if you can pedal.

Mine is sohc. It's close to the gtr but I can't afford a gtr engine to put it so I'm upgraded my L series engine to push 720. It's inline 6 L series I said above when I first posted.. It's stroked L28 with twin turbo and too many parts to list but 700+ horsepower and 700+ torque. And look at that v12 that's my goal.
