Steins gate is nowhere near the same level because it often fails to take itself seriously but it's definitely up there.
Erased was a more recent watch and it wasn't great or anything but it's not your typical bullshit so it wins in my book.
She'll love My Love Story. Such a good anime, Takao is funny as fuck. Samurai Champloo is great too. Lucky Star is super funny. Sailor Moon is technically anime if you watch the Japanese version.
