Most of car-related deaths are caused by not fully concentrating on driving in the first place, second is not keeping enough distance, third is turning or reversing violation, fourth is other driving violations, and fifth, finally, is not speeding, but not adjusting your speed to road and traffic conditions.
Most speeders don't crash. But when they do, the consequences are of course more severe.
But the speed limits are easy to measure and enforce, so law enforcements and local council have made a nice income generating speed traps out of them.
Pull over all women and claim you clocked them as going 41 MPH. If they try to claim otherwise, tell them they need to go have their speedometer checked.
Don't base tickets on the speed of the vehicle, base them off of the driver's race.

It doesn't matter if the freeway is empty or not you don't need to be going that fast. For a variety of reasons you could end in a fatal accident that could have been prevented had you gone slower. Also even though if it's a Sunday and no kids are in school those are usually smack dab in a residential area where you guess it, tons of kids live and walk the streets. Also schools serve for extracurricular activities on weekends like sports.

You should stop only white people for speeding of at least 5mph. Then you should fake some reasonable suspicion that there may be pot in the vehicle. Ask to search. If permission granted search everything. If permission not granted call a k9 unit and have suspect wait for hours for it to arrive. Best case scenario is you pop a suburban mom with pot. Worst case, you find nothing and let the suspect go on their way with and valuable life lesson learned.

Unrelated but important question for OP. My city shames dwi drivers by posting their mug shots on the police department page. It's good fun. But I've noticed a huge discrepancy between the amount of male drivers versus female drivers arrested. This does not correlate with my experience that anywhere you go there's tons of girls getting shit faced every weekend and I imagine that at least most are driving home. I suspect that cops are more lenient on chick dwi drivers than guys. What is your experience in this OP?
