Top tier: Pepperoni, sausage, onion, grilled chicken*, pineapple**

*Chicken is only mid tier if it's just used as a plain ingredient, but all of the different flavor combinations it fits well into push it into high tier (chicken/bacon/ranch, chicken parm, bbq chicken, etc)
