If they bring in something that is bad for one member state but good for the rest, the member state set to lose out can be out-voted and have a law enacted in their nation without their consent.
The studies that show the effects of leaving as negative aren't including what we could gain. It's biased research and the conclusions are half-met.
David Cameron says voting Leave will cost around £4,300 for each household, yet the benefits of leaving could generate twice that from membership fees alone. Then we are allowed to trade at WTO standards with the rest of the world and can negotiate for lower prices from the countries that export to the EU, where we would previously buy these goods.

We can't reform the EU. Last time that was tried, Greece was blocked from trading and spending money. It's people couldn't withdraw their own money, because sadly they're part of the EEA and Euro and the ECB wouldn't allow them access to their money. Reform is impossible.

I'm not completely blind the the negative effects on being in the EU, unfortunately something that was meant to bring countries together as become more so about immigration and money. However, we can't do anything to change this if we're not a part of the EU. I'd like the EU to move onto bigger and better things and if we're not part of it, then we'd just get no say at all. I would like to see the EU move onto brighter things, bringing the European continent closer and working together for a better future for everyone. (geographically speaking, I'm aware the Europe isn't a continent, but part of one ).
It also gives me a chuckle when people think the UK is still some sort of powerhouse country, that time has passed, the sad truth that alot of you will dislike is that without the EU, we'd be nothing more then the U.S.A's lapdog. (nothing against the states, just politically speaking.)

I live on a fruit farm that hires immigrants. I'm voting out and immigrants provide 99.99% of my income. It's not like immigrants won't be in England, if anything it opens our doors to more immigrants since we can hire from non-EU zones too.
Also you've probably heard of the free trade zone, if we don't want our goods to cost more we'd need to negotiate a deal that lets us use the EUs trade zones. Norway does this, but part of the deal is to allow free travel into their country. Currently the UK does not allow free travel and we have access to the trade zone, if we leave to get access to the trade zone we might need to allow free travel (very few checks).

If they were so serious about reform and a Brexit they would have talked and negotiated much better with Britain, or been more sympathetic. Also by laws you mean EU trade laws not other aspects of life.
