As for art and drawing if you enjoy doing it then don't worry about being bad. If you hate it then don't do it. Anyone can be an absolutely amazing artist though. It's something that takes muscle memory and on higher levels its an incredibly structured and precise craft if you're a traditional artist. It's not as abstract as people try to make it seem. On higher levels it relies on a lot of precise markings and that just takes time to get to. If you're not looking to be rembrandt then I would recommend just trying a sketchbook out and drawing birds or leaves or something. It's really quite rewarding once you get the hang of it but not for everyone if you dont enjoy it.

There's nothing wrong with being a realistic thinker. I am the same but I try to stay optimistic. I'm at a point in my life where a lot of doors have closed to me but I have a few people with me who are great supporting figures in my life and keep me on the right track. I think without them I wouldn't be nearly as functional or healthy as I am. If you have anyone in your life who is like this make a point of it to spend some time with them at least once a week. Try to avoid using them as a crutch for your happiness but it might help remind you why you care about their feelings in the first place.
Programming can be awesome though. I used to make mods for Counter Strike and tf2 not sure how similar what you did was. Mine was mostly on the "skinning and modelling / mapping" side which had nothing to do with my weakness which was scripting (programming) but it's something to look into if you have a videogame you're very passionate about. I know my brother really badly wanted to develop Hitman Codename 47 Mods because that game was a big nostalgic thing for us and it kept him occupied and productive.

I can relate to that. It is another possibility you have an unknown illness. My girlfriend has Lymes disease and before she was diagnosed she had a lot of phantom symptoms such as depression, anxiety, lethargy, lack of energy, stomach pains, etc. It's an interesting case of disease.

I too have come from a family of farmers and livestock raisers. I have seen them try and go "organic" and non gmo, the yield is almost nill in comparison. good post. I can say I haven't pondered the gravity portion of your post much. I personally love Hostory and even though there are a lot of dark examples of humanity there is also quite a lot of light sided things I guess I'm speaking against the humanity is evil narrative in that sense.
Purpose is incredibly important and I think I have mine in mind but I don't think it applies to anyone else it's something truly unique to each person. I do believe everyone has a purpose, not in the sense of destiny but something that they happen to show an affinity for be it overthrowing a corrupt govt or being charitable and encouraging others to do so being an inspiring person or just generally being good at something. A calling if you will.
Travel is fucked it's going to take a mind much greater than mine to figure that one out.

I didn't mean to imply that GMOs were innately bad for existing or that I consider them bad or evil to consider putting in our meals. I just personally don't want to be the progenitor race of people who 'test' the GMOs. I have no urge to eat the red berries and I'm choosing to avoid them.
