Also, call one of those suicide hotlines - I am a veteran with PTSD and talking to one of the ladies on the veteran suicide hotline was hugely helpful to me one night when I was really low. I know it sounds corny but just having someone you could talk to is huge. I didn't even feel like I could talk to my wife but I was able to unload my feelings on this hotline lady and I really did feel better afterwards, for weeks even.
