See a urologist or a GP and get a referral to one. His cost will be a couple hundred at most and he'll put you on the waiting list to get surgery.
Surgery shouldn't cost anything thanks to public health.
You'll just have to wait. There are 3 priorities A B or C.
A. Is cancer. It's the fastest but with good reason.
B. Is 3 months. This is for the more necessary cases.
C. Can be up to a year wait. But if it's not been a problem up till now it shouldn't be.
Surgery is a day op. You go home as long as you're not in pain, can piss and can eat.
Then a day or so till the bandage comes off. A few days till the stitches dissolve and a few weeks of being gentle with it.
No wanking for a month or 6weeks is advised.
That's all I know. It's not a big deal. The waiting list is the worst part.
Of course that's only if you NEED circumcision. It can possibly be solved with creams and shit. Depends case to case. This is why you gotta see a GP and maybe a urologist first for them to judge
