Yeah, same here a lit if the time. Work, home, sleep. Work, home, sleep. Just got to find something you can devote your mind to. Years ago a shrink prescribed zoloft for me, didn't work. Then prozac. Sane shit. Loved playing Diablo 2 (new at the time, yeah I'm old) found out they had a book series. And just like that, a switch flipped. I would get home from school and just sit there and read, and read, and read. It may not be books for you, bro, but just keep looking, you'll find your distraction. It may not be the perfect siloution, but it's better than pills or giving up.
