>You are a blood elf, frost mage.
>After riding through Draenor to hunt for bosses and people with a bounty on their head, you hop on your Amani Battle Bear and ride home.
>The blizzard is harsh, but when you come back you're greeted with a hearty "Hello" from the innkeeper.
>As you warm up against the fire, you spot Khadgar and a few commanders at the mission table, apparently writing something.
>Warmaster Zog hands you a few drawings for assult scenarios, as you sip a hot cup of Madman's Brew.
>After sending a few comrades on a mission in the nearby Shadowmoon Valley, you call it a night and sleep near the hearth, its soothing crackling in your ears as you drift to dreams of Voidtalons and Fel Fire Hawks.
An oil rig in the middle of fuckin' nowhere
Back in its hayday when there was plenty of people. This game.. took my life for a few years.
Traverse Town, from KH 1
>literally the coziest place ever
dude edgeville is was my home.i chopped so many yews and lit so many fires and did the "following each other too dance" thing there. also its like right next to the wildy so you can help out your pk bros asap.
>not posting coziest place possible
I'd live here and have a Gyshal Green farm, I'd export my goods to Alexandria via the cargo ship and sell my greens in the Alexandria commercial district for a living.
I'd go yearly to Treno and compete in the tetra master card tournaments, and vacation in Burmecia and Lindblum yearly to see the festivities.
I would practice white magic to work as a village healer, and marry a nice village girl and have a family.
The atmosphere was fucking amazing and I enjoyed the architecture as well, even though its nothing special. If I had a chance to go for it - I'd agree without a hesitation.
The city of new vegas, specifically, is an ugly bright dirty mess with no aesthetic qualities to be seen
Comfy is living in that same wasteland but in a shack with a small brahmin farm and a trusty dog
I have to disagree. Sure, pic related isn't a TOWN, per se, but it's very cozy...
I love the atmosphere and colors
but with less crime and you get to hang out with slavs
Not wanting that dank fair every year and being walking distance from the capital of the Humans. Watching people grow up into great warriors and punching kobalds over the hill.
Not a city by itself but an entire zone.
Whiterun, i'd happily live there for the rest of my days.
Cozy? You're all faggots. I'd live in a bunker on Cadia and fight the forces of Chaos and Xenos everyday until I die for the Emperor.
That's nice. Call me back when you know what the chaos infested warp actually looks like.
I can't believe this hasn't been posted yet.
Literally best city in WoW.
This town always seemed pretty chill. i think its the music
Isn't that nice, the children get their own bunker.
Cadians know nothing of sacrifice. Cadia did not purge itself in nuclear fire to prove its loyalty to the Emperor. It did not willingly commit Exterminatus on its own people to cleanse itself of the heresy and traitor.
What know you of sacrifice, cannon fodder?
Just wait until they see the Baneblade.
tony hawks pro skater 4 college
>Bunker on Cadia
>Safest fucking assignment in the Imperium
Fuck your shit, Cadia. Grow a pair and actually fight an Ork WAAAAAGH for once in your lives.
Chilling in the card shop and gatomons inn. The fountains everywhere and general feel was cozy
A Weapons? All you Korpses do is die in the trenches around whatever the traitor fortress of the fucking day is- when the Imperium needs something taken, they call on CADIANS.
Forever living at rollercoaster tycoon you say?
Not bad actually, i mean, what could possibly go wrong?
Liberty City from GTA 4.
Probably my favourite city from a video game ever.
>not recognizing the superior forces of Armageddon
Get your shit outta here, Commissar Yorrick can fuck your tinker tank's shit up with no problem.
Name Three Cadians that can kill a Khorne Berserker in hand to hand combat.
... didn't think so. Tanith First and Only, you expendable fucks.
proskater 2 - Point Loma High School level was the best ever
>try to get food
>wtf theres no stores
>go to hot dog stand
>bump into pregnant woman
>she wants to fight
>beat that bitch and her baby to death with baseball bat
>Put away bat, grab hot dog
>wake up outside hospital
> get run over by angry Russian jk sports car
Living the dream.
>not living off the land, hunting just south of castle wars
>not comfy Yanille
>not braving the swamps of Canafis or the comfy ass ghost port
>not strength training on apatoll
I remember the very top of the church in varrock was pretty cozy too
>walking down a street in star junction
>see a beat up ferrari driving 200mph being chased by like 10 cops
>mfw i get hit by the car, sending me into the stratosphere
like, youor dick must be so small its inverse, started hrt yet? not much of a market for 500lb fat disgusting schizophrenic wrecks that main out rs griefing my shit on female hormones, ull make real gp, faggot.
The fuck are you talking about
That looks nothing like Caldera. It's Balmoran architecture. There's no river in Caldera. You can see he double-stairs of Balora in the background.
Fuggen casuls I swear
One of the little villages I used to make for my protagonists to start in
I don't know about cozy but it would still be godlike
Nassau, the way it's portrayed in Assassins Creed BF.
Nah man, falador is perfect. You got that wall to protect you, a bar, a shop, a big fucking garden with ducks and shit, a castle and a mote, a PARTY ROOM, and nice houses to live in.
Close to varrock as well.
10/10 would live in fally
you would just hunt skeletons and spiders until you felt you were strong enough to fight the knolls in the knoll cave then you'd venture to the cave and get lost. then you'd be sad because you're lost. albeit it may have just been me because i was like 8-10 at the time.
i would rather take Goodsprings. its a good community with only a few gunpowder assholes harrassing one can take out easily with a lever action. getting the coat in the next city and playing sheriff all day long. i loved doing that in the game
took me quiet some time to do stuff with the brotherhood. i only rescured them cause of the old days, since the elder is an idiot.
i wasnt happy with the outcome in f4, too. i would like to kill every faction there since all were kinda shit pushing you around, only having the extermination of the others in their mind. endgame sucked ...
I wouldn't mind living here the rest of my life
Nagrand. God damn I miss WoW. Seeing any screenshot of that game gives me intense nostalgia.
Now I'm married and have to spend my time making money, and I refuse to play casually.
you can go there for reals
My animal crossing town, I can't imagine a more chill life.
> pic related, but not my town
Inside pic related, get my follower and a bunch of supplies. Set up a camp and relax for an eternity
It's concept art from Rebirth, it's definitely Balmora. Maybe if you actually played Morrowind youd know this. Sorcererdave has an LP going on if you want to brush up on it. Fucking plebs.
Forgot a picture
I thouroughly enjoyed this post
>Be Pandaren shaman fighting for Alliance
>Stressed from the war effort in Tanaan
>Take long walks through moonlit gardens full of magnificent phosphorescent plants
>Participate in cultural exchanges with the Draenei and Shadowmoon refugees
>Scouting party gets back from Frostfire Ridge with reports of a newly established Horde outpost
>"Of course those damn fools would hole up in a place like Frostfire. Establishing a foothold in Shadowmoon was a picnic compared to what they have to endure." *chuckles* "I think we can afford them a few months to get their act together, before we start meddling."
I remember being so mad when RS2 came out, I hated the graphics and everything
In hindsight they both looked like ass but to this day the game is charming as fuck
I remember that map tbh. I remember as a 12 year old "claiming" a house in East Varrock (which was later updated out when the Family Crest quest came out and the NPC was placed there behind a members only gate.
Every so often I feel nostalgia for RSC so I hop on my guy, unfortunately resolutions have gotten so much higher. I can't believe we used to play on it.
i remember finding 60k on rs2 when it was in beta
i didnt tell anyone of my family cuz theyd want it. i stashed it in my bank and left it there for a few days. every day id look at it and imagine all the things i could buy and made plans on waht to do. then when the actual game launched and everything reset, i lost the 60k. i was the angriest child there had ever been on that day
Egghelende Port Authority
laughed when I realized that after 2-3 years of playing rsc and rs2 I'd amassed maybe 500k (if I'm being generous with myself)
came back recently and made 15m in a few weeks (thanks to the ge, it also helps that I don't have the mind of a 12 year old)
lol i used to do this with my cousins.
theres nothing to it but getting money.
felt like a waste of time. i liked training skills and getting money from that instead of foraging shit like the wild and picking gay nettles.
i suck at combat
I just wanna Mary Yuna and have kids that's it
Rs3 is with evolution of combat and the HD graphics and aggresive micro transaction advertisements everywhere. You can literally just buy your way through the game with real money. Don't play it, it's an insult to old timer players.
trips must mean you are telling the truth.
dont worry wont play that game again.
i dont have a problem with microtransactions though. have the best stuff doesnt make you a great player.
weird i played since like 2002 and never saw any promises of no microtransactions. but then again i was a kid who didnt bother reading updates or anything unless is had to do with new game content.
>the starbound ship
cause no matter where you go, what strange planet you see and try to tame, home is just a click away
Probably a large village in any of the TeS games. Or Palomino in GTA SA.
>be white in small redneck town
>go to bar every night
>meet some fat dumb whore
>live on her dad's ranch
>drive tractors all day
I think that U-Boat is from Commandos 2
Fuck mate, no idea, date of the screenshot was from april in 2014 and I ended up changing my mods around when I made a new character later that year.
It was super comfy though, ran decent frames, 60fps in the most dense area on 1080p.
It was called something like "Whiterun Enhanced" or some shit like that, on Nexus.
You would have had to have been reading the forums and mod posts to see those kinds of things. Andrew Gower always said "a persons real life status will never affect their in game status" if you dead through the archive of updates and messages from the front page you can see this posted like a dozen times over the years.
So cosy and peaceful, the image alone is making me want to start playing wow again
Riverwood was nice too.
