Post top five favorite bands, and then others guess personality and age.
Cause Radiohead, Sonic Youth, and The Smith's are accessible.
>>683703935They are great musicians. They turned out pop shit in 2011.
>Implying that most music isn't made in 4/4 with hooks
Total fucking faggot that likes Misfits for attention. All the other bands are just trash. Probably 14 year old girl or shallow male.
16. Recently discovered music, but hasn't left Nirvana and the l e w r o n g scene yet.
18. You haven't even tried to get into real music. You just justify yourself how good these bands were and how you don't care about what other people say every time they drop a mediocre album. Shit taste.
22. You actually wear bands shirts, even if they look like shit. You don't have any real interest in modern music -and no, I'm not talking about the top 40, you hobbo-.
19. You listen the same CDs all over again. You also listen to single songs and have an iTunes library of only 600 tracks.
30. A cool slacker guy who doesn't care too much about music, but found about Russian Circles from a friend who's actually into some obscure music -or an internet coincidence-.
16. l e w r o n g g e n e r a t i o n
God, all of you are fucking plebs. Anyway, rate mines:
>Godspeed You! Black Emperor
>the black Dahlia murder
>rings of Saturn
> tie between begging for incest and nekrogoblikon
My other cousin (the one on the cover of their most recent album)
15-17 year old female who smokes pot and has a lot of guy friends.
secret and whisper
and drake (srs)
They might listen to so little music that they only have 4. Although then they should say that. And feel a bit ashamed that they can't even through in another artist they like enough and feel familiar enough with to put on there.
I dug ATGs a bit when I was younger, the Haunted I never got into so much, mainly because they had a horrible music video on the Earache iCrusher DVD (badly shot.. just live.. dude's looked pretty dopey) .. i might have overlooked some good stuff because of that I'm sure.
I was actually more into the goregrind style of earlier Carcass (although I like all of their albums) .. so I'm a fan of bands like Exhumed, General Surgery, Haemorrhage .. etc that were inspired by that sound (there are a lot of shit derivative bands like this out course though)
>pink omega/ Joji (non-ironically)
> copies the same post more than once
This is either bait or a high schooler. Or somebody who probably won't get a gf, and if he does, will cry to her a lot and will drive her away in <2 months.
Early 20s? Own at least one CC shirt but never really wear a whole lot of black
yeah very true
i came out here to get sober (ex addict) and my self esteem was shit, but now that i have my own place and a well paying job again ive gained some confidence back and have gained a few female connections as a result of the amazing local bar scene/nightlife here
its getting better i think/hope
It will. Went thru about the same patch myself. Here's the ticket: if you hit on 100 bitches and get turned down 99 times you still got laid..... chase the pussy, the rest will work itself out
Lol responded to the Indian rapist guy.
Anyway I'm an auto technician and make less money than you. But there's more risk to my personal safety and others' property, more long term damage to my health, my job is far more complicated and I need to have and employ a huge mental library of knowledge daily, I'm flown to training every couple months and expected to know the ins and outs of every engine and vehicle in one manufacturer's line up.
I could keep whining but I just hope you'll sit up in your high chair tomorrow and envision the money flowing into your account while you yell at kids to stop running.
Arch Enemy is really fun.. both with Johan & Angela.
Do you like Arsis? I really dig their Celebration of Guilt album ... good mix of fast technical playing and hints of melody .. with some still memorable riffs...
Also the band Carnage that was an earlier band featuring members who went on to be in both Arch Enemy/Carcass is really solid .. more of the old school mid-paced groove oriented Swedish death style .. but with super catchy songs.
alice in chains
1. Blue Oyster Cult
2. Thin Lizzy
3. Jimi Hendrix Experience
5. The Pharcyde
>bonus Gentle Giant
rate me fags !
DAT rude kind of boi, maybe a sweaty 30 something fedora guy, or a high school late bloomer who is about to break the seal and get into punk music, or early twenties and never got out of their ska phase but aren't committed enough to it for the checkered everything and fedora
