2. He is not a convert. There have been NO indications whatsoever that he's a muslim.
3. He shoutet "Allahu Ackbar" and mumbled something about killing infidels, witnesses say. There are no connections to terrorist organisations as of now.
4. He has a past of drug abuse and psychologial issues.
As far as I can tell, he's not a terrorist, not in any way affiliated with organised terrorism. He's probably a poor sucker who either had a psychological breakdown or something like that. He's literally "just" insane.
