I wish I could get better as push0ups. I have thes weird issue where when I get to around 15 or 20, I start having this pop in my left elbow that makes my whole body tingle when I do another push-up. Always annoys me and makes me just stop.

like try to make it minimal don't wait like 30 mins try a comfortable time 2 mins and work down from there. in between move your arms wing circles are good to keep the blood moving
