Alright man, that sounds good.
I might go out a little later tonight too. Might not because it's friday and I don't want to deal with crowds. But chili cheese fries and one of those gay drinks at fat tuesday does sound good.
Oh, shit man, I'm sorry to hear that. Bet you'll sleep fine tonight though.
Dude, that sounds like a sweet truck... but if you don't want to do the work, I would look for another one. It always sucks finding a sick project and then realizing you don't want to do it.
I've been looking at importer websites lately and found that Land Cruiser I had been wanting but with a 1GR-FE, which is okay, it would at least pass emissions. And an R32 GTR too.
Oh I want them both so badly.
The animation for that segment was pretty well-done for the time period.
Though I'm reading this article that says the animation team did it for much less than the going rate out of love for the show.
at least this pre-work homemade pizza is good.
To be fair, i wanna be iron man too.
>iron man thing in her chest
I don't get why people feel the need to be that ridiculous kind of special snowflake to alter their characters like that
Double and triple check the laws on imported stuff. I've been getting fucked more than a whore on half price night because I rushed into things with my jeep
Insurance can throw a hissy fit and charge through the ass if they so choose
I thought it was really well done too, especially for how old it is.
I'm surrised they did considering how expensive it was back then, but classic nonetheless. I remember my Dad told me about that scene and spending a long time trying to find the episode.
But hey, how are you?
Yeah, I'm being really careful. I would need to store the land cruiser for 23 years because EPA or whatever. The company listing it offers storage but its outdoors and they only turn the engine over once every three months ffor $600 a year, or I pay $200 a month for the to baby it.
The R32s are good to import now because of their age but I'm hesitant to get into imports just yet.
Buying an import car?
Stay outta my state if you value your life.
Only Ford, GM and Chrysler are allowed here in Detroit!
Work was ok, I'm still feeling like an ass though..
How about you?
I bought an imported Jeep. Your argument is invalid
Uhhh, no, Homework was first.
Good boy! Bring that baby where it belongs, here in the States!
I'm Canadian, and it was imported from Japan. Its completely metric
I would need to call them and ask about RHD vehciles and imports and such.
I think that there won't be a cost difference but I need to call first.
I'm glad work was alright, that's definitely good and just a few more days too.
I still think you're fine man, you shouldn't beat yourself up.
I've been drinking beer since 9:00 and watching the simpsons, I talked with my brother because he graduated, and I've been looking at cars and trucks I can't yet afford to own.
So I guess it's been alright. I just want to be moved out. It would take a lot of stress off.
And that's how anthros are born. The miracle of life
>tfw parallel universe right next door
Its always better to be safe than sorry. It can be the difference between $250 a month, or $800 a month
JAPAN? GET THAT NIPPON SHIT OFF OF THIS CONTINENT!
HIROSHIMA AND NAGASAKI WEREN'T ENOUGH! WE NEED TO NUKE THE FILTHY NIPPON SCUM TO HELL!
AN ACTUAL THING
Well, I uh, I guess. Basically a couple years back i went through an incredible "goth" phase of my life due to falling in with what would turn out to be, the wrong crowd. After being convinced to make the trip to WGT in Leipzig germany, with the people i thought of as friends, i found myself left to my own devices as they went on being way more comfortable in this environment than i was.
Fun was had untill the festival ended and i was left behind, apparantly, on purpose as a "joke" (i later found this out) however, being the optimistic bastard i am, i simply packed my stuff and started employing my feeble grasp of krautspeak in the hopes of finding my way to berlin.
After what felt like a whole adventure, i managed to reach the kapital of krautland and from there after having charged my phone i started following a map i managed to procure from a store. The idea to hitch a ride struck me after i met a fellow roadtraveller who was doing the same and well the rest of this story really is just me walking along the road, smiling with my thumb out and occasionally getting ferried from one town to the next.
Blogpost end i guess.
Oh man, you guys must have a stockpile then.
Glad it's going ok-ish, but ya I can understand just wanting to be out of there.
I guess it was technically manufactured in the US, but was sent to Japan to be sold. Either way, I'm putting it up for sale as soon as I have some money in the bank again and getting an older truck
Yeah, it definitely is.
The Land Cruiser is really just a dream right now because of how much it costs. Maybe one day I'll get the HZJ79
But the R32 GTR is actually kind of affordable, under $20,000 shipped to LA, before taxes and shit. Maybe after I get an MR2 or another actual car to drive.
Yeah, we had a bit of a stockpile left. Hopefully it'll be a fast move out. The faster I'm out of here, the better.
And that also means we're that much closer to Wednesday!
You're leaving Tuesday though, right?
Well, I've gotta head out before I lose all ambition. See you guys later
That's the plan, but the fun will really start on Wednesday when you get there
Well, all of it is going to be fun.
Point is, we only have a few days until BLFC and we see each other again.
See you man
