Anon. Had something similar happen to me when I was in high school.
Look up what's called a Hydrocele. It's basically a sac of fluid that can form around your testicle. I had one that I just left alone for years and it was never cancerous but it just got big enough that I had to have it surgically taken care of.
If you feel your testicle does it feel soft like a water balloon at parts? If so it's probably a hydrocele. I forgot how mine came about, I think it was after a hernia or something, but it just grew little by little over the years.
Definitely go see a doctor though. They'll do an ultrasound to make sure it isn't cancerous and advise you on what to do from there.
