start cutting down slowly, you can get a stroke or a panic attack if you quit cold turkey, there is this method get a cotton ball soak it in whiskey then put it in your belly button you will feel the whiskey or alcohol ( don`t use rubbing alcohol ) when you think you can stay one day sober.
try to get anxiety medication like xanax or klonopin just take one when you don`t drink.
