Wrong, because there is pretty strong evidence for the nothing happens theory, like the fact that nobody ever contacted us from the other side. I believe our soul / consciousness / energy / whatever you want to call it leaves our body with a great sigh of relief. No more pain, suffering, misery. Freedom at last. We then travel to reconnect with the consciousness which is all of us. We become one with it again and join our understanding and experience with it.
From there I'm not sure, perhaps rebirth, another life, or perhaps something else. No idea. But I firmly believe in more than just darkness and blank unconsciousness.
