A lot of your academic skills you need to succeed in school (k-12 and university) are learned from you parents. Two college educated parents teach their kids the skills to be successful in school and be successful in a major that leads to a high paying job. Instead of addressing policy issues affecting education (part of a public school's funding is from property and business taxes, schools in the suburbs have better funding and hire better teachers) the idea of 'white privilege' says that success or lack of success is determined by the color of your skin. "white privilege" stems from the idea that a demographic x has inherent benefits or advantages when living in a predominately x society. most of it is bullshit because people think it means "blame whitey" for everything.

when people are more likely to dismiss you as being less educated because of your color (or more, in the case of asians).
it basically means that there are certain, often unrealized advantages simply for being a part of the largest cultural demographic.

Scientists studying this hypothesized, after looking at different brain scans, that certain paths are used in the brain as gender-based behavioral responses to a situation. But why is it so unclear?
So they got some mice...
They found the paths in the brain the supported male and female behaviors. They took female mice and lobotomized along the female pathway. They took male rats and lobotomized along the male pathway. When they did this, the lobotomized males started building nests (something that male rats just don't do) and the females started mounting and humping anyone they could find (something that.. obviously, female rats don't do).

So how does this prove that GID is psychological? Well, going back to humans, a normal human alternates between using male and female behavioral paths.. we are designed to be in a rapidly adapting high-nurture-reproduction environment. If these countries had decent legal systems and more reliable authorities, there would be higher wages and more economic prosperity. So you could look at this as stealing or taking advantage but you could also see it in a note positive light. Through profit seeking behavior, Chinese companies are taking on risk to invest where nobody else will, providing ppl with income and meager standards of living they didn't have before. Trade and economic activity lead to prosperity though and when you're talking about a part of the world that gets to participate very little in such things, the only thing you have to offer at first is labor in exchange for capital.
