It's good at times. The first season was a huge letdown due to how predictable it was (they identify every character and their motives very clearly from the get go, so you aren't surprised at anything that happens). Quality also drops once they throw the kid into it.

Lost was awesome, but god damn their pacing and breaking up of subplots. I'd get interested in a story line and they'd suddenly drop it, move onto something else, and force me to wait years/several seasons before they'd get back to the character or story line I really cared about. Obviously it isn't that much of a problem now that the show has finished airing, but it's still annoying.
I loved BB, but Ive never given BCS a chance. I felt like most of its fanbase are just biased BB fanboys. Im just not seeing how it wouldnt be slow. Hiw could it be gritty? I mean I know mike is in it, but how can one gritty person carry the show? Am I wrong? I feel like BCS is what Fear the walking deaf is to the original. Same writers. Slower story.

There's no real main character, there are just a very big list of characters and many different storylines. I watched the last 4 season and don't really know what to make of that show.
The show is missing the gore effects and the main caracter is a faggot. That whole love triangle with his girlfriend and the "Hexenbiest" is compeltely retarded too. Also the "one episode - one case" concept sucks.
At least they have figured out how to use google translator since the german is halway ok on the show. Though many of the creatures names are gramtically wrong.

It is somewhat slower than Breaking Bad but you just have to watch it with the mindset that you just need to grind through the slow parts and it'll be worth it in the end. This is especially true if you liked Gus because he's pretty much confirmed for season 3 now.
