Work those calves everyday bro. I used to only hit my calves as a after thought on leg day, but them bitches are used to supporting our body weight all day, considering youre in good shape and probably don't sit on your ass all day. I started hitting my calves with high intensity and heavy weight every other day, and lower intensity on the days in between, and they are starting to blow up. Calves are hard as fuck to build if you don't have Philippino genetics ahah.
So the important thing to realize is that any change is going to take months. As long as you make it a habit to improve yourself bit-by-bit every day, you'll see improvements in the long run. A lot of people go to the gym for a week or 2, don't see results, and then give up. Just fucking stick with it. You'll start to see improvements in 2 months or so, and then it becomes addicting.
In terms of losing weight, it's calories in vs. calories out. If you eat at a deficit you will lose weight. If you eat at a surplus, you will gain weight. These are basic facts. Generally you don't want to eat at a surplus/deficit of any more than 500 calories, so limit your intake between 1700-2700 calories per day depending on whether you want to gain or lose weight. In terms of food to eat, lots of protein and veggies. Chicken, turkey, whole fruit, spinach, peanut butter, tuna, etc. There's no need to count macros, but just have a basic understanding of what is healthy and unhealthy. And most importantly, DRINK WATER ONLY. I recommend buying a reusable water bottle and just carrying it around with you all day. Makes it much easier to stick to water.
In terms of workouts, I lift an hour a day and do 15 minutes of cardio. I do this every day. Assuming you're not older than 50, overtraining is just a myth. My favorite lifts include weighted dips, pull ups, lateral raises, squats, overhead press, and bench.

Hey bro have u ever try any gym supplements? I mean if u need some motivation I would recommend you starting with some pure proteins plus something like clenbuterol that will help u losing weight while building muscles faster... just to gain enough motivation to become a gym addict, then u should be able to continue without any probs.
Okay so adding onto my write up, you can't let people at the gym intimidate you. Keep up fitness, if you make even a small dent into losing weight every day, it will add up in the long run. I recommend using the rowing machine / erging. It's the hardest cardio you will do and every minute of it sucks, but you burn mad calories while simultaneously toning your back and leg muscles. Doing a 45 minute rowing piece will easily burn 600+ calories.
I will advocate the rowing machine for the rest of my life. I was never at your weight, but rowing saved me from skinnyfat.
In terms of food, make steady meal plans and a routine. I eat 3 meals every day (at the same time every day), with absolutely no snacks in between. Here's an example of my diet today.
1 Bowl of granola with 1% milk (650 calories)
1 Apple (90 calories)
2 Turkey patties with BBQ sauce and no bun (360 calories)
1 Apple (90 calories)
1 Protein Shake (700 calories)
1 Baked chicken breast (360 calories)
1 Banana (100 calories)
1 Cup of raspberries (70 calories)

Was wearing size 38 pants two months ago. Down to 32, lift run proteins and lots of water, working on it but never felt better. Still not done

Considering your weight, I'd avoid skipping. Puts a lot of stress on your knees. Rowing machine and swimming are going to be much better cardio without putting that type of stress on your joints. If you do want to start running, I'd recommend losing weight first.
And as far as granola goes, it's very calories heavy. Good for people trying to gain or maintain weight, but not necessarily for those trying to lose weight. I'd substitute the granola from my diet with 2 hard boiled eggs in your case.

No problem man. You'll start to see results in 2 months, and others will start to notice change in 3 months or so. After that point it becomes addicting. When I started I hated lifting, but now it's by far and away my favorite part of the day. I get withdraw symptoms when I've been away from the gym for more than a day. Just stick out the first few weeks (they're going to suck dick) but once you cross that threshold you'll wonder why the fuck you didn't start sooner.

Yes you have to eat more calories. Gaining weight is simple calories in vs. calories out. You cannot gain weight at a calories deficit or maintenance. That goes against all laws of physics.
As far as eating more, I recommend eating granola every morning. Very calories dense and not too filling. Also eat lot's of peanut butter. My diet plan I posted is roughly 2400 calories / day because I'm eating at maintenance now. I'd recommend adding a few tablespoons of peanut butter to every piece of fruit, will add 300-400 calories to your daily intake.
Aside from that, keep lifting heavy and eating heavy. That's the only way to get out of skelly mode.

As Someone who studied Exercise and Health Science, I can definitely tell you that overtraining is not a myth, although it is unlikely that people who are non-profesional/ not competitive, are unlikely to suffer from the symptoms. Basically all overtraining is is doing intense exercise before your muscles have been fully repaired from the previous exercise. So if you are a really fat guy/spooky skeleton and have a first day where you work your hardest to the point where you've thrown up and completely sore the next day, it's not a bad idea to take a rest day and drink a lot of water/protein before going to gym again.
Well I also have really long hair, so that doesn't help, but even so I still get mistaken for a girl despite dressing about as manly as possible. It's not cool. If you knew about all the shit that came along with being so short, you absolutely would not want to be this short. Everything makes you feel really insecure. Trust me, you really, REALLY wouldn't. I'd kill to be even normal height, let alone 6'5. I mean, even I want to crossdress and shit like that, but I don't because I'm so insecure about being this short. It makes me feel even worse, so I don't do it. I promise you, you do NOT want to be 5'2. Life is really fucking hard when you live in a world where everything is designed for people much taller than that.
