I never know what's going to happen until a few hours after I get there. It's a by order basis, and we drive forklifts and electric pallet jacks around. One ear-bud only is a rule I enforce ruthlessly. If someone is caught with both earbuds in, they get one warning. Second is termination.
We had a group of 3 ghetto ass blackies get hired on because of the turnover rate, and two of them disregarded this rule. When I terminated them, they gave me this cocky ass look and stepped in my face.
