The faces are the main problem here. Try drawing a protruding snout first and adding a mouth to it rather than doing a nose with a mouth underneath it.
As smaller hints, having the head higher than the body helps with making them more horselike, and a poofy, different-colored mane looks always good.

One of the things I learned at another chan are to put the front legs further back to bring the chest forward. Bigger, rounded ears would also help make them more horsie-like.

A few are forced to push a bar around in circles to generate electricity. A job exists for every fluffy!
Only the strongest of your stock are allowed to breed. You do a set of tests on all males once they reach sexual maturity. If they’re good, they’re allowed to give special hugs when you permit it. If they’re not? They lose their balls.
Despite your loving disposition, a few fluffies disobey your rules. These infractions range from the small (Fighting), to the large (giving special huggies without permission, maiming another fluffy), to the unforgivable (eating your crops or killing another fluffy). You have a variety of discipline methods to deal this these rats. For small offenses, they are simply introduced to the painful end of the “sorry whip”. For more serious crimes, they are punished harder. For the unforgivable, you have a different punishment. If they murder another fluffy, they are crucified near the fence. They are not taken down after they die, and their rotting corpses serve as a reminder. For those who dare steal your food, you place them in a special sorry box. Instead of bars, it has a glass pane in front. It has air slits at the top so they can live. They are placed in view of the dining area and forced to watch as others eat. They slowly starve over the course of a few days.
During the winter, they move to your cellar. This isn’t a vacation, so you hook them up to machines, forcing them to press them to generate power.
