If a computer "repair shop" is in inside a large retail store then understand that most people are going to be trained on sales and not on repairs. Speaking specifically about Geek Squad, you typically have 1-2 people that repair everything per store. Most of the rest of the people have just a slightly better understanding of technology/computer then your average person to seem knowledgeable.
Also, don't ask to talk to that tech person because there is usually a reason they are kept in the back repairing things.

I worked there for 5 years and try my best to give tips.
1.If you want fresh fries ask for no salt on them.
2.If you complain about the food no matter what it could be or nothing wrong they will replace it no questions asked either you go up there yourself or call by phone and they will write your name down and just tell them your name and your order without having the order in hand.
3.I am not sure if this at all stores but manager told me if you are short of money or out of town and have no money to pay for your order then the manager can pay for the food by rule but like I said I don't know this rule 100%.
