If not,
1. Find a Linux Live CD and run it.
2. Backup all your important filed to a Hard Drive or something. Mainly the C Drive.
3. Find a windows installation CD.
4. Format C Drive
5. Reinstall windows in C Drive
Chill, don't worry. A simple computer shop person can fix this.
