Not OP but for someone who is used to MDMA i'd take a gram and split it 6 ways into 6 x 166mg bombs. Take one and you'll have a nice buzz, two and you're spangled. What I tend to do is drop a 250mg bomb first, then top up with the 166mg one's throughout the night.

I've done HBWR seeds. They contain LSA which gives some of the same effects as LSD but without the same visual elements. In huge doses they have visuals but even in an average strong dose (8-15) the visuals are only minor.
They also cause quite bad nausea in larger doses which stops experimentation at those levels.
I just enjoy taking them for the physical euphoria of lower doses. 5 or 6 is ideal in my experience. Any more than that and the nausea and disorientation ruins the experience for me.
