My state has like 20+ state exclusive franchises. My personal favorite is Atlantis Burger.
It's an American and Greek food fusion. This is a Pastrami Burger which is what they are famous for, but you can get Souvlaki, Gyros, Lamb burgers, and a whole load of other goodies.
It's heaven and all of their joints are themed after Ancient Greece. It's good stuff.

Last 3 times I've gotten food from In-N-Out, the buns were too hard from being overtoasted and allowed to sit. The patties have been overcooked and pressed to point of being dry and thin. The fries were about 50% small and fucked up like the little hard bits and dried ends.
