Are you considered a psychopath if you've been in a longterm relationship with some who thinks you love them deeply, but in reality you dont feel shit and the only reason you're still with them is because you want to try and feel something with them.
I just figured that most if not all psychopaths don't feel fuck all apart from greed and the only thing that matters is themselves.

Unless your trying to figure out the correct name for your condition, I wouldn't worry.
I feel pretty much the same, people come and go,no reason to get attached.
Just enjoy having someone that cares for you and treat them friendly for it.
