Google "delete system 32" this is a file that automatically catches all legally sensitive materials and saves them in case the FBI needs access (Uses a breadcrumb node to do so.) Just delete that file, and you'll be fine.

Clear your cache at least. This doesn't change the fact that your ISP knows exactly what packets of data are delivered to your IP address. (even with https enabled on that specific site) Also, the website you were on more than likely keeps IP logs on whatever you searched/viewed.
