Not quite, there are plenty of strong modal ontological proofs, or at least arguments, for some higher power, Godel's ontological argument for instance. In fact many models of God seem to be plausible even given scientific developments, Spinozas account of God, for instance, is just as credible today as it was during his time. At the end of the day, there is no good reason to suggest that faith in a higher power is illogical. Perhaps its not strongly motivated but speculations have their reasoning, thats for sure.
