It would probably boil down to who gets in the first hit. With his phenomenal strength, a gorilla would be able to choke slam/knock out the grizzly. With his phenomenal strength, a grizzly would be able to rip open the gorilla's face/chest/arms. However, bears do stand up to lions/tigers when threatened and there are cases of black bears beating the living shit out of tigers. I somehow don't see gorillas doing that. My vote goes to the bear, albeit by a very very small margin, largely based on empirical evidence.

if you compare fighting styles you would recognise one thing:
as both animals try to get in close reach punching power becomes less relevant. so it is uninteresting who can land bigger punches as both of them survive 1-2 of them after that its a mach between staying in a better position while doing the most lethal damage.
therefore i give the grizzly with claws designed to grip prey and fangs ment to kill are compared to thumbs .. that are usable for complex tasts but not realy improve grip in fur and some medicore teeth not ment to crack bones.

Gorillas as stated here, are killed by Jaguars. Jaguars are bad asses, but you're never going to see one go after a bear. Really large Siberian Tigers sometimes hunt Grizzlies... But then Grizzlies sometimes hunt really large siberian tigers. A Jaguar is not in league with these animals, and Jaguars hunt Gorillas. Siberian Tigers and Large Bears are literally Ice Aged monster animals that somehow didn't go extinct like all the other terrors in the last ice ige.
