The pain medication I'm on (Hydrocodone / Acetaminophen), even though at a very low dose, causes EXTREME constipation.
Literally, these pieces of poop inside my ass are super solidified, and larger than my asshole.
So, as a last resort, I use an enema kit. It was excruciatingly painful to get the first couple of pieces out, and whatever the fuck is in that enema kit makes you tense up and push shit out of you SO HARD...... something in my throat broke.
So, /b/ros, I'm on the toilet, squeezing these MASSIVE SHIT STONES out of my ass at FULL-FORCE, and I open my mouth to find that blood spilling from a scab in the back of my throat.
Pull my jammies up, run downstairs, "dad we need to go to the hospital, blah blah blah", he sees the blood pouring out of my mouth and we go.
Luckily enough, the surgeon that actually removed my tonsils just happened to be performing surgery at the hospital I went to, so he came down before his next surgery to make sure I had someone watching me.
He said there was an operating room already lined up for me if the bleeding didn't stop within 20 minutes of water treatment and suction- but it did.

Get reagent tests and use databases like erowid for dosage and trip experiences or what the high is like. Just be smart about it and do research. That's what all responsible dealers and users should do. I never taste cocaine because it could have rat poison or ajax or some dessicate in it, same with any drug though, it could have poison in it. I once broke down table salt so I could get the pure sodium because it was cool to throw in water and watch it burst into flames as it skipped around on the surface. I had not thought about the chlorine gas it was going to make though and my buddy's garage filed with it because it takes time so we walked off for a joint and a cigarette. Imagine a garage filed with green poisonous gas, we grabbed wet bandanas and ran in to unplug the hot plate and disconnect the battery from the electrodes while trying to open the garage door, I was like 14 at the time.
