Honestly your temps stay low (which they are now) should be your biggest priority. If the fans are spinning too fast for your liking or making too much noise then you can lower the speed after and make sure the temps are still working a reasonable range

Well, temps are going up when playing something 3D, for example GPU 56° and it crashes regularly when playing Cities Skylines.
I was also wondering why 3.3V is only 2.49V and one fan is only 14 RPM

Furthermore I was wondering what are those three fans? One is CPU ok, but the other two? GPU? There also 3 other fans on the case but they are directly connected with the power lines and not with the motherboard, so the computer couldn't know of them, right?
