I bike 4 times a week with at least 10 miles a day (400-500 calories burn). And I eat 2000 calories a day.
I observed that my weight is getting even. Should I add some weight lifting exercises or should I need to make a diet change to progress?
I am around 101 kg (222.67 lbs) 5'6" tall and I usually bike on a mixed suburban area.

2000 —> 1500 and test
You'll see steady weight loss without changing your diet as 2000 caps is what you would eat if you don't exercise at all. So you get a net of 1500 caps at the end of the day if you exercise so your in a deficient meaning weight loss. You can add weights if you'd like but you'll see more weight loss from biking(cardio) also if you lift weights you might not see a difference on a scale since muscle weights more than fat ands more dense

If you're working out and still breaking even, you need to add a diet
/fit/ will help you with that type of diet
So will Google or DuckDuckGo
