Imo what most people call "niggers" are just poor people. There are white communities in Appalachia and other places in the rust belt with just as acute social dysfunction as black communities in inner cities. It's just that middle and upper-class white communities tend to find themselves in proximity with the latter rather than the former, and find it easy as a matter of course to associate these tendencies to another race, rather than to a raceless economic group.
I judge people by the content of their niggery character regardless of skin color.

I was doing shopping today, and I live in a 99.5 white country. There was an 30+ white couple with some black little girl. She looked cute and behaved pretty normal, I thought to myself - they are potentially nice people if brought up isolated from all this nigger culture.
But then her borther arrived, two little nigger kids. They were french. Discussing what to buy they made some extra gesture, clapping hands, and hitting their chests. Hard to describe but it was very monkylike, something you would see on the tv about the hood.
That little girl will probably grow up to be a typical nugger sista too.
Genetically they are same, worse, better people. It's the upbringing where evrything goes to shit.

There is a girl I work with who said she was the only black person in her class from preschool to high school. The majority of her development she was around white people.
She is the most hood ass ratchet ass girl at work, and I'm in middle GA for fucks sake.
I believe upbringing plays a big part in that type of behavior, it's mostly genetics.
