I got this because I had a little bug bite, which could've been a mosquito bite for all I know, and I kept on picking at it, and it got bigger and bigger and in about 3 weeks I was in the worst pain imaginable, like fuck. I went to see a doctor and turned out it was caused by diabetes which I didn't know I had. The diabetes weakened my immune system and my body couldn't heal the wound properly so it got infected asf.
Looks like an unattended cyst. Shit has to heal from the inside out. Not as bad as it looks if I'm right.
