Fluoride inhibits one enzmye in the making of the new enamel and thats how it causes spots and in your new teeth(causes problem for 8-12 year olds mostly). But if your teeath are finished fluoride is important cause it really strenghtens your enamel against bacteria,low ph... etc and from water you won't get neuroligacl problems you have to take shitloads of fluoride to produce some synthomps.
