you can do the thumb test, the wrist sign test, if you have pectus excavatum could be a big sign, if you have any family members who died early from heart disease, if you have long limbs, and if you have a wingspan longer than your height

I personally can do the thumb test an I don't have marfan.
The whole picture has to point to marfan.

a lot of people can do this, but it's still good to check. For the wrist test see if you can wrap your pointer finger and thumber around your wrist, if you can do it and still have space you might have marfans
