To begin, I'm not sure if you've ever shot a gun but if you have you'll know that 10 rounds go quick and reloading is not instant like a video game. I do understand that for every bullet your firing chances are there's one coming back at you but if you had a choice between 10 rounds, 30 rounds, or the excessive 100 round drum mag, which would you choose?
I live in the middle of Texas and KNOW no cop or soldier would come and take my guns because of where I'm at. I can't say the same for places like new york or chicago. Personally I don't have an assault rifle and probably never will. Just a hunting rifle, a couple of shotguns, and a couple of pistols.
It's important to remember why we have our country and heed the words of our founding fathers as well as anyone else who have realized that a nation unarmed is a nation who IF they wanted to create change under oppressive circumstances COULDN'T make change.
